I’ve looked into it for several buyers but ended up going with other options every time. The rather high rate, and better DPA solutions were the reasons.

Are we able to exclude a portion of wages to keep buyer below the AMI limit? I have a guy who makes base hourly, overtime and bonus. If I only use his hourly and bonus he qualifies, but his overtime wages put him over the AMI limit. Will underwriting require the overtime to be included?

I am on the east coast and do a lot of loan to union guys, the unions I work with are always willing to put in writing whatever the underwriter wants to see. Never had a problem with multiple W2's per year
