I'm with a small correspondent lender, we has used Surefire as our CRM and decided a few months ago to move on due to their acquisition by a private equity firm and subsequent price gouging. Shape rose to the top of our list due to the excellent sales team, who basically told us what we wanted to hear. They sold us on their CRM, and that using their front end POS solution would be the most seamless way to integrate (we currently use Floify).
Naturally, after signing the contract we found that Shape POS is extremely bare bones, and not at all configured for the mortgage industry. When we dug into trying to configure it ourselves, it turns out that the platform is built so only Shape can edit the workflow, add custom questions, etc. Floify is built to allow the end user complete freedom in customizing the front end to meet each lenders needs. The icing on the cake was that Shape didn't even allow multiple REO entries, and we were told that adding that functionality would require a developer request and they couldn't guarantee when it may be complete, if at all. Wow. Talk about a disconnect between sales and service.
Obviously we dropped it like it's hot, and are in the process of finding another CRM. We are sticking with Floify for our front end, I guess we didn't realize how good we had it
